I've designed and ordered my print yesterday before lunch and received my printed and binded master thesis today by noon.
One tip, please don't be greedy and pay for them to give it a final look before printing. I haven't done it and regret it now because I've missed one space in the title of my thesis during the designing phase. It costs peanuts and avoids getting nice-looking work with a typo.
Quality - fantastic
Packaging and shipping - Everything was packaged very professionally without the possibility of getting any damages during transportation. The shipping was super-fast. I am not sure I have ever experienced that kind of fast service.
The service is terrific! I also received a personalised card written by hand and additional discount coupons.
Oh, and a little pack of sweets!
