Excellent product and service
I’ve had the Lady Comp since 2018, with no issues.
Last month likely due to low battery and some pressing of buttons, my dates on the device went awry, and I was unable to change them to the correct date.
I emailed the parent company on a weekend, not expecting a reply until the following week at the earliest. I received a response the same day, and a likely solution to my issue (you cannot go back more than two days, so each day you have to go back until you reach the correct date).
They were professional and speedy, and I’m so glad the solution was a simple one, albeit outside of my knowledge at the time.
