Fantastic Customer Service!
I had to send my Daysy in as I ran into an issue with it not updating, and eventually, I couldn’t sync my data. I contacted CS through email, and conversed with a few ladies throughout the entire process. I sent my device in, which was much simpler than I initially thought it would be as they just have a PO Box. It only took them a few days and they were able to get it to update and sync with their test device. I received my Daysy a few days later, tried to get everything going again, but there was still an update pop-up showing each time I opened the app. I was advised to unpair my Daysy, delete and reinstall the app, and pair it again. This worked perfectly to fix my issues!
