I've been a happy user of the Daysy fertility tracker since October, 2016. I started out with Daysy 1.0, which I found very easy to use, as well as the app that went with it.

Three years later however, I experienced some hardware problems and decided to contact Daysy support group to ask for help, even though the warranty had already expired.
One day later, a lady very kindly inquired about the specifics and asked me if I could send them some pictures. Not long after that, I was asked to send my original Daysy to Germany for inspection and given very detailed instructions as well as all necessary information.
A couple of days later I was delighted to find an e-mail in my inbox in which Daysy support group told me they had replaced my Daysy as a gesture of good will and that it was already on its way.
Sure enough, a brand new Daysy 2.0 arrived by mail. In the beginning I experienced some troubles syncing the new Daysy with the app via bluetooth, but once again support helped me instantly by sending a troubleshoot that eventually solved the problem.

This experience has left me very impressed by the level of professionalism, kindness, generosity and patience Daysy support group has shown in treating my requests. Even though the device might be somewhat expensive, it goes hand in hand with an excellent service, of which I cannot speak highly enough.
