My intention behind using the daysy was to get off hormonal birth control and track my fertility to NOT get pregnant. Thus far, I've been pretty disappointed with my experience using daysy. It's been almost 4 months and the daysy still hasn't adjusted to my body yet. It's been almost 4 months and the majority of days are either red or yellow with only a small window of 4-7 days being green. Already not being that impressed with the product, both yesterday and this morning I tried taking my temperature only to find that the sensor tip is broken. The daysy never leaves my bed, so I'm not sure how this happened. There's no external damage other than the black sensor tip is now missing. I tried chatting with a live agent on the website, but no one ever responded. Thankfully, I was able to reach someone via the customer service phone number and she was helpful. Unfortunately, now I have to pay for the specific packaging and shipping for "warranty assessment." If it's not replaced under warranty, I will definitely be discontinuing my use of this product and finding another alternative. In my opinion, this product is too expensive for what it offers.

I’ve been using Daysy for two years now and absolutely love it!! It’s so easy to use, I love the lights that flash according to your fertility status.
I’ve gone 3 months without needing to charge it! Daysy has been super accurate with everything so I confidently use it to avoid pregnancy, once I start that chapter of my life it’ll also be nice to use daysy to actually aid in conceiving. I love how it stores my temperature and then saves it on my daysy app once connected without needing to enter it manually.
It’s a bit of an investment up front but you have 0 monthly fees and they’re their customer service is extremely helpful!
I highly recommend daysy to any woman who would like an alternative to hormonal birth control.

I contacted the team at Daysy because my device wouldn't turn on. They sent a new one right away and they were so kind to me over email. Today I received my new device and found that they had send a very good book along with the new device. I'm grateful beyond words. Thank you Daysy!! :)

I have used the Daysy for 4 years now. I was not sure at first but felt like hormonal birth control was no longer for me. I am so grateful I gave the Daysy a shot. I was able to avoid pregnancy when I wanted and I was able to get pregnant right when I wanted two different times. I can’t say enough positive things about it. It’s easy to use, accurate and the staff is great with any questions. I would definitely recommend this product.

I purchased Daysy because I absolutely loved the idea of it, the science behind it, and the fact that it was natural. Unfortunately I did not personally have success with it. I used its guidance for family planning and my husband and I were blessed with our first daughter when we weren’t quite planning yet and then it took 5 months to get pregnant again when we were planning. I know everyone’s bodies are different and I’ve read others who’ve had great success with Daysy, I just think maybe the algorithms didn’t line up with my body’s true timing of being fertile. Based on when I got pregnant with both daughters it turned out that I was “fertile” after the Daysy actually said I was. I just wished I could trust it to continue using again now that my second daughter is here.

I got the Daysy in November last year, and I only wish I had ordered this YEARS ago. This device is a game changer and takes all the guess work out of the fertility awareness method. After the Daysy got to know my cycle after about 3 cycles, there have been more and more green days with each cycle, and this gives my husband and me so much peace of mind. With the effectiveness being 99.4%, we're so happy that we're not using the other hormonal contraceptives out there that have only caused me problems with my health and well-being. Daysy all the way!

I used Daysy for over a year to prevent pregnancy, and after the year we wanted to try for a baby. With the help of Daysy we conceived immediately and now I am 12 weeks along! I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I am so happy and satisfied with my Daysy! Not only does the device give me an opportunity to have a hormone free birth control, I can always trust on the amazing customer support when something is wrong!
Don’t hesitate to buy one, although 300 € sounds pricey, it is so worth it. I’ve gotten mine replaced 2 times for free when there was something wrong with it!!

Through the course of having Daysy during the last 5 years, whenever I had any questions or required support, I always received speedy, polite and friendly response from customer services with solutions. A month ago I noticed that something wasn't right with my Daysy and emailed customer services. I was advised to send my Daysy back to them to be reviewed. After a couple of days of me sending it back, I received a response from the customer services explaining that my old Daysy will be replaced with a new one, which I was very happy about. Highly recommended! :)

I have owned the daysy for a year. Anytime I may have contacted customer service about a question or concern which was only twice. Once to ask about if pneumonia with 3 different antibiotics would effect my body temp results. They have always responded very well and quickly. They gave me tips on how to make sure to get a correct temperature. Such as not drinking water or getting up in the morning before I use it. Once I dropped it on a hard service and it would flash pregnancy colors after that, but not after my temperature. It would still take my temperature correctly. Customer service responded very quickly to help me out with the breakage. I had such a bad experience with birth control as a teenager and then as an adult. I only tried two different birth controls and it was enough for me to realize it is not good for my body. I feel so safe with the Daysy. I'm taking care of my body, and it easily tracked my cycles so I don't have to guess when my period will come. It always warns me with purple 2-4 days before I start. And that time I'm able to stash tampons everywhere and get my menstrual cup out and ready to go! Love this thing! Invest in your cycyles lady. It is an important thing!

I've been a happy user of the Daysy fertility tracker since October, 2016. I started out with Daysy 1.0, which I found very easy to use, as well as the app that went with it.

Three years later however, I experienced some hardware problems and decided to contact Daysy support group to ask for help, even though the warranty had already expired.
One day later, a lady very kindly inquired about the specifics and asked me if I could send them some pictures. Not long after that, I was asked to send my original Daysy to Germany for inspection and given very detailed instructions as well as all necessary information.
A couple of days later I was delighted to find an e-mail in my inbox in which Daysy support group told me they had replaced my Daysy as a gesture of good will and that it was already on its way.
Sure enough, a brand new Daysy 2.0 arrived by mail. In the beginning I experienced some troubles syncing the new Daysy with the app via bluetooth, but once again support helped me instantly by sending a troubleshoot that eventually solved the problem.

This experience has left me very impressed by the level of professionalism, kindness, generosity and patience Daysy support group has shown in treating my requests. Even though the device might be somewhat expensive, it goes hand in hand with an excellent service, of which I cannot speak highly enough.

After an issue with my Daysy regarding the battery.
They kindly manage all the process to exchange it with a new one, even without the invoice that I lost.
The process was smooth and very professional.
Also Daysy change my life after stopping the birth control pill. Fore it's the safest way to avoid pregnancy without any hormones. There is plenty of cheap product online but Daysy is the best one.

Definitely recommend.
