I have been using Daysy for 7+ years, and consistently have wonderful experiences with their customer service. Sensitive issues and questions can arise while using any form of birth control/fertility tracking, and emotions can run high. The representatives are always tactful, kind, and informative. I usually receive helpful responses within only a few hours of reaching out, which is of course appreciated. I only have great things to say about the customer service team at Daysy!

I love using Daysy to track my cycle — I wake up every morning excited and curious to see what my basal temperature is and what it means in parallel with what my body is experiencing.

I had some issues with the battery of my Daysy and thankfully their team looked into the issue and gave me a replacement.

I’ve had the Lady Comp since 2018, with no issues.
Last month likely due to low battery and some pressing of buttons, my dates on the device went awry, and I was unable to change them to the correct date.
I emailed the parent company on a weekend, not expecting a reply until the following week at the earliest. I received a response the same day, and a likely solution to my issue (you cannot go back more than two days, so each day you have to go back until you reach the correct date).

They were professional and speedy, and I’m so glad the solution was a simple one, albeit outside of my knowledge at the time.

Product arrived just on time all in great condition. I really like how easy it is to use and I can’t wait till my first 3-4 cycles are up so I can’t finally start getting accurate readings. I’m pretty good at doing it first thing in the morning and great customer service.

After going unused for several months, my Daysy would not charge or turn on. I reached out to Daysy to try and understand what could be done to fix my thermometer. I was so pleased with the level of customer service that I received. Daysy was responsive, timely, clear in their communication, and offered excellent options to ensure that I was taken care of. I appreciate their level of detail and focus on customer satisfaction.

I was able to send in my device to get tested, since it had been showing consistently low temperatures. They tested it and ended up sending me a new device within the week! Thank you so much!

I havent used my daysy in 3 years and I wanted to start using it again. I had stopped charging it so i needed a new battery. They where able to help me and be done in a matter of a week if no less which is amazing!! Thank you so much. Very kind service.

I had to send my Daysy in as I ran into an issue with it not updating, and eventually, I couldn’t sync my data. I contacted CS through email, and conversed with a few ladies throughout the entire process. I sent my device in, which was much simpler than I initially thought it would be as they just have a PO Box. It only took them a few days and they were able to get it to update and sync with their test device. I received my Daysy a few days later, tried to get everything going again, but there was still an update pop-up showing each time I opened the app. I was advised to unpair my Daysy, delete and reinstall the app, and pair it again. This worked perfectly to fix my issues!
